I enjoy promoting optimal health for all through health content writing and by leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams toward quality improvement, patient engagement, and joy with work.
Throughout my career, I have provided population health, disease management, and health promotion services. I established a firm clinical foundation while serving in the US Air Force. I later applied my passion for health promotion at individual, organizational, and community levels in health systems and public health agencies.
I have delivered multi-channel verbal and written messages to professionals and community members of all ages through various channels, including presentations, newsletters, posters, flyers, billboards, social media posts, radio, and television. I have conducted scientific studies of public health issues in the workplace and community settings, evaluated research, and presented scientific reports.
